Welcome to the Camp Truth 2013 information and registration page. On this page are the informational forms you will need and the on-line registration program for Camp Truth 2013.
Please print (or download and print), read and sign the following form BEFORE starting the registration process for your children. These forms must be turned on camp registration day!
The "Authorization to Consent to Treatment of a Minor / Consent and Release" form is available for download/printing by clicking on the document name.
The "Camp Truth 2013 Packet" is also available for download/printing by clicking on the document name. The packet contains helpful information you will need for Camp Truth.
Complete the camper registration process below to register up to four (4) campers. If you need to register more than four, complete and submit the form and then return and complete the form for the remainder of the campers.
Camp fees ($125.00 per camper) can be paid on-line after you submit the form below.
